About Us
Meet Katie
Dr. Katie Haynie was born and raised in Gadsden, AL, and she is grateful for the opportunity to practice in this community. She is a graduate of The University of Alabama where she received a B.S. in Mathematics. She went on to obtain her Doctorate of Dental Medicine at The University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Dentistry. After completing dental school, Dr. Katie Haynie served in the United States Air Force at Eglin Air Force Base. She later returned to UAB School of Dentistry where she completed the orthodontic residency and received a Masters in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics.
When she is not helping people smile, you can find her with family. She and her husband Brant have three boys, Ellis, Eddy and Finn. They love to spend time together enjoying sports activities and the outdoors. They also enjoy spending time with their church family at First Baptist Church of Gadsden.

These brackets are offer great esthetics, blend in with the tooth, and are low profile. We can add colorful elastic ties for those patients who prefer a pop of color and style to match their new smile.
Traditional Metal Braces
These brackets are the best way to show off your braces, and they are often the first choice for our patients. They are made of Stainless Steel, and they can also be mixed with any of our fun elastic colors!
Clear Aligners
This treatment uses a series of clear aligners to straighten teeth. They offer obvious advantages for the esthetic minded patient, and they can be taken in an out to accommodate eating drinking and brushing/flossing your teeth.
